WHAT SIZE FITS ME?

XS - Some Women & Children 4-12 (5.5 Inches / 14 cm)

S - Most Women & Some Children (6.3 Inches / 16 cm)

M - Some Men & Most Women (6.7 Inches / 17 cm)

L - Most Men (7.1 Inches / 18 cm)

HOW DO I GET IT ON MY WRIST?

The watches are designed to stretch over your wrist. Don't be afraid to stretch them, they are very durable! click here to view the video how to put your watch on in the smoothest way possible!

IS THE WATCH WATER RESISTANT?

Yes, your IOION watch is water resistant to 3 ATM or 99 feet (ATM means Atmosphere and there is 33 feet in 1 ATM), which is further down than you can probably hold your breath! It is perfect for surfing, swimming, snorkeling, gym, shower*, bath tub* and on and on...pretty much anything. But we do not recommend that you use it for scuba diving.

* IOION does great in warm and cold water, but please avoid HOT water!

WHAT IS THE BATTERY LIFE?

The life of the battery is 12-18 months

CAN I REPLACE THE BATTERY?

Yes, all IOION watches have replaceable batteries.

DOES IOION SELL TIMEPIECES?

Yes we do, if your watch is outside the warranty period, we can send you a new timepiece for $5.00.

HOW MUCH DOES THE WATCH WEIGH?

IOION Classic weigh 10 grams and IOION Evo & Analog both weigh 15 grams.

HOW DO I SET MY WATCH?

WHAT IS THE IOION WARRANTY?

You can return any watch for exchange or "store-credit" for any reason within 5 days of receipt. If you need to make a return, please send your watch along with your receipt to LYB Productions. We will be happy to replace your product with the same or similar item (based on items availability). For store credit, please email us your request before shipping back item.
