We at IOION are passionate about creating a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will do everything within reason to remedy the situation. Return Policy
Returns are accepted on all regular-priced items unless otherwise noted in the item description. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. Any item(s) purchased on sale or as a special may be returned within the seven (7) day allowed time frame, but for store credit only (no refunds).
Any unauthorized returns (including returns without a Return Form), undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after seven (7) days of receipt by the customer, will only be eligible for store credit or may be refused and the item(s) returned to sender. Returns postmarked over thirty (30) days after the item was received by the customer will not be accepted and the merchandise will be sent back to the customer.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item had arrived damaged).
Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, TNT or UPS. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
To make a return, please email info@ioion.us to receive a return form before sending your return. THIS RETURN FORM MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. Please fill out the form completely.
Once your package has been received at IOION, your refund or store credit will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. If you are returning an item for store credit, a code will be provided which allows you to redeem this credit on another purchase. Store credit expires two (2) years from the date of issuance. If you wish to make an exchange, you will have to place a new, separate order (unless you are exchanging an item that has been damaged).
Please contact us within three (3) days of receipt of any damaged goods so we can contact the shipping company and proceed accordingly. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods may be returned to IOION, with all such returns subject to these Terms of Use. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.
*NOTE: Any order that is returned to IOION because it is unclaimed by the customer or because the customer refuses to pay any extra fees (for international orders), cannot be fully refunded but the customer will receive a store credit for the returned merchandise.
Any return that does not meet the above criteria will not be accepted and the
goods will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise.
Certain Provisions Regarding Purchases:
When you place an order for an item displayed on the Site, you are making to IOION an offer of purchase. If IOION accepts that offer, we will supply the goods where possible, but will not be obligated to do so. If an item you order is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability or the price changes, as applicable. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first. Price adjustments are not available for items that have gone on sale since being purchased.
We attempt to promptly ship products ordered. Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 72 hours, in all cases pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will generally begin processing the next business day, and ship within 72 hours of when processing begins. Generally, orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. We do not provide weekend delivery for any method of shipping. Be advised that express orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will not be received by the customer until the following Tuesday. Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines, and IOION cannot ensure that the time frames noted will be met.
